Getting to know each other
The first step in my process is to figure out why you are coming to me, what problems I can help you with and how our specific collaboration on those issue will look. This first meeting is free and with no strings attached – book a call now!
Laying out the Frameworks and Processes of solving your problem
In the next meeting I will show you the process of going about solving the business problem you came to me with. We then discuss which aspects I will need your collaboration and inputs for and which aspects.
Deciding on the form and the details of our collaboration
After figuring out that I can help you achieve your goals we then decide and discuss the formailities of working together. This is a very important step in the process, as it sets up the road we will walk on together.
Active Collaboration
It is go-time! We work together to solve your problem, regularly checking in. We openly communicate the information necessary to get to the desired result and act like partners on a journey to success! Here we have feedbackloops and shape the project so that it reaches your desired goals.
Final Results & Offboarding
At the end of the project we get together and I share the final results with you. We discuss further work. We also feedback what went well and what went wrong and how to build on the achieved success.
