1. If you change the business model, target group, distribution channels or markets.
2. If the context changes, especially the market Market or Competition
3. When planning and executing Mergers and Acquisitions
4. If you want to change your corporate design (one of the best moments to stop and check your positioning)
5. If there is a change of Management or leadership (although your brand shouldn’t change as often as some companies change leadership 🤣)
